JagaPoka Chicken

Well, these are not my words, I found those on my Facebook feed. 

Yeah,  in fact, even though eating keeps everyone calm, Spicy food blends the flavors, starts firing the tongue slowly, and even wakens up our taste senses. 

In this blog, I'm gonna introduce you to some really spicy chicken recipe. Its 'JagaPoka Chicken'

I'm sure it will tickle your senses.

Now let's get into 'JagaPoka'

Ingredients

* Chicken-half kg

*Turmeric-1tsp

*Chili powder-2 tbsp

* Masala powder-1tsp

* Salt 

*Onion-3 medium sized

*Garlic-3 tbsp

* Ginger-3 tbsp

* Curd-4 tbsp

* Fennel-2 tbsp

*Chillisauce-2 tbsp

* Tomato sauce -2 tbsp

* Soyasauce-1tbsp

* Curry leaves

* chili flakes -3tbsp

Rice flour-3tbsp





 How to prepare

*Boil the chicken with turmeric and chili powder, salt, and a little bit of water in the pressure cooker till one whistle.

Marinating

 Take garlic, fennel seeds, ginger, turmeric chili powder, curd, rice flour, and, salt. And blend it. Take the boiled chicken pieces and marinate with the mix. Keep it for about half an hour

 

*Take a frying pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces

*Take another pan and add oil.

*Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and sauté for a while.

 *Add chili flakes, tomato sauce, soya sauce, and chili sauce and sauté it

 *Put the fried chicken and mix it well.

Garnish with fresh curry leaves.
